What BTO Lens keeps about you, and what it does not.

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in and to link you to what you bought.
• Your purchases: which project, when access starts and ends, and the amount paid.
• Your shortlist for each project: stars, notes, prices you type in and your filter settings, so they follow you across devices.

What we never receive

• Birth details. Feng shui is worked out inside your browser. The dates and times you enter are saved on that device only and are never sent to us.
• Card details. Stripe handles payment. We see only that it succeeded.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), our email provider (sign-in codes) and our hosting and storage providers, only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

Our cookies only keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@btolens.com.
